Vanilla Powder is a natural/synthesised powdered vanilla flavoring that has a sweet, beany, creamy, resinous and woody taste. Though it’s considered safe, some are convinced it has potentially dangerous health effects.
What Is Vanilla?
Vanilla appears as a white to light pink crystalline powder. This product is a mixture consisting of vanillin, glucose and flavoring, blended by using scientific and novel method. It is often used in bread, cakes, confectionery, ice cream, beverages, dairy products, and soybean milk.
Possible Side Effects of Vanilla
Although Vanilla generally regarded as a very safe and effective supplement, there can be some minor side effects. The side effects may:
- Skin contact can cause irritation and swelling (inflammation). It might also cause headache and sleep problems (insomnia)
