What Is Polysorbate 20 E432?
Polysorbate 20 E432 is a yellow to amber liquid with a faint odor and a warm, somewhat bitter taste. This product is a mixture of laurate, partial esters of sorbitol, and sorbitol anhydrides condensed with 20moles of ethylene oxide. It is commonly used as a wetting agent in flavored mouth drops to spread the feeling of other ingredients such as mint flavor, but it can also be used in food as a flavoring ingredient.
